expert relationship and family therapy with immediate openings
mental healthcare for everyone
When I embarked on my journey from business to talk therapy, I envisioned therapy for all relationship types. So whether you identify as non-monogamous, polyamorous, queer, trans, or straight as an arrow — my therapy style makes space for you to consider possibilities for your story.
connection is key
I'm interested in facilitating your connection with the stories you've been told, those you tell yourself, and those you tell others. When we externalize the "problems" that visit us, we access more agency, autonomy, and power over these narratives and shift, to various degrees, from "victims" of our circumstance to "authors" of our experience. I bring an openness, curiosity, and growth mindset and welcome all travelers with tender curiosity.

We’ll share intake paperwork via our SimplePractice portal, please complete it at least 48 hours before your initial appointment.
3

Our first counseling appointment will be spent getting to know you and your relationship(s) as we begin untangling the struggle(s) that visit.

FAQs
-
I do not accept insurance, and this is for a few reasons. Most importantly, to bill for insurance, clinicians typically need a diagnosis code along with regular updates to the insurance company on the status of therapy — I don’t think it’s appropriate for third parties (insurance companies) to know details about our confidential conversations.
Secondly, most of my practice is relational, and with more than one client in the room, there is not one ‘identified patient’ — another requirement of insurance companies. I am happy to provide a Superbill that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement — which is not guaranteed.
-
Yes, of course! All are welcome. As a systemic therapist, a core tenet of mine is the more folx in the room discussing issues, the better chance growth can happen, and solutions can be nurtured.
-
100% yes. My office is a safe(r) space for all folx, and I work to amplify marginalized voices in our community. I have completed Brave Space training through the Regis University’s Queer Resource Alliance and invite all participants to come as themselves.

I’m happy to see kids individually so long as they’re at least 12 years old and both parents have signed consent documents. As a family therapist, I invite the entire family to visit together as this is one of the most effective paths to understanding and harmony.
